Discovery Phase | Strategy, Budget & Scope
We start by collecting data on the project requirements, challenges, business objectives and user goals in all of the departments involved. Then we use this information to plan the correct approach, conduct feasibility studies, and identify potential risks.
DESIGN PHASE | RESEARCH, INSPIRATION & DESIGN
We break down the requirements into a set of flow charts, use cases and develop the functional design through wireframe models. Then we create visual designs based on your guidelines and produce specification document for approval before the solution goes into production.
BUILD PHASE | DEVELOPMENT, TESTING & VALIDATION
We begin developing the project, UI, Coding, Database, providing ongoing demos and building the solution based on the specifications in the approved design document.
DEPLOY PHASE | HANDOVER & FEEDBACK ITERATIONS
Our strategic consultants can work with you from the start of the project to create a tailored user adoption strategy to help ensure take up and usage of the solution. We can deliver tailored user training based on your specific solution.
LAUNCH PHASE | GO LIVE & MAINTENANCE
Once the project is ready for delivery, we release it fully, or in stages, so it can be further tested in an actual business environment. Based on results, we may do a full release, or provide additional enhancements. After release, the software is maintained on an ongoing basis, and updates are added during the product lifecycle.
